Service Description

A Simple Picnic is perfect for 1-4 guests, whether the occasion is a "treat yourself" day, a friend get-together, a sunset date night, birthday, or more! A Simple Picnic gives you the option to enjoy your picnic without food and drink or you can purchase a food add-on and enjoy a carefully curated charcuterie with your picnic, including an amazing condiment from Fed Up Foods (and you can take your leftovers home!). You choose the place and time for the picnic and I handle the set-up and tear-down for a stress-free event. A Simple Picnic lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes from the reservation start time. - Additional guests: $15 per guest up to 12 guests total - Additional time: $10 per extra hour - Last-minute booking fee for reservations made less than 24 hours in advance: $20 - Food & drink add-on: $35 for up to 4 people Add-ons will be invoiced separately from the base picnic experience and the invoice must be paid in full before the picnic reservation time for you to receive the invoiced add-ons. This includes last-minute booking fees. All picnics by Munny's Picnic & Events include, but are not limited to: a picnic blanket; a small table to rest food and drinks on; a picnic basket with multiple games to play including dominos, chess, checkers, cards, and dice; pillows to sit on while you enjoy your picnic; and various small decorations that tie the mood together. You can choose from one of our three themes (Blue Theme, Red Theme, or Traditional Picnic Theme), which are always expanding and upgrading to maximize the picnic experience for yourself and your guests. For picnics booked in outdoor locations, I can do one of three things if it looks like rain, wind, or snow will negatively affect your picnic experience: - Move the picnic indoors. You can still choose the location - as long as you have the right to use a space, I'll make it happen!​ - Set up an 8ft x 8ft canopy to shield you and your guests from rain or wind. The canopy has the option of having up to 3 walls put up, so you can still enjoy an outdoor view. - Reschedule for a later date. You may reschedule up to two times per picnic. Munny's Picnic & Events only services the Stevens Point, WI, and Wausau, WI, areas for Simple Picnics at this time. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hrs in advance of your booking time. Cancellations up to 36 hrs in advance will receive a 100% refund for their event. Cancellations between 36hrs in advance and 24 hrs in advance will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations 24 hrs or less in advance will have the option to reschedule their event, but will not receive a refund.
